IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, recent burn scars and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.

- Strong thunderstorms capable of producing heavy rain will be possible across southern portions of Utah and Colorado through Thursday evening. In addition widespread moderate to heavy rainfall from a surge of tropical moisture will remain a threat through early Friday morning.
