IMPACTS: At 12.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding makes secondary roads and low bridges in the flood plain dangerous to motorists including the low water crossing of Ranch Road 3404/Slab Road near Kingsland. Equipment should be moved from low docks and boat ties loosened downstream in Kingsland.

- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Forecast: The river will rise to 6.7 feet late this evening. It will then fall to 6.1 feet late this evening. It will rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to 12.8 feet late tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning.

WHERE: A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Atascosa, Bandera, Bastrop, Bexar, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Comal, De Witt, Dimmit, Fayette, Frio, Gillespie, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Hays, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Lavaca, Lee, Llano, Medina, Travis, Uvalde, Williamson, Wilson and Zavala.

IMPACTS: There is a potential for life threatening flooding somewhere in the watch area. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.
