There is an increased danger to lives and property due to flash flooding. Flash flooding is likely and considerable flash flooding is possible.

Multiple rounds of heavy rain are possible through Thursday night as an influx of tropical moisture arrives. This will coincide with an approaching upper level low pressure system and an associated frontal boundary. High precipitable water values will support efficient rainfall production with this activity. Showers and thunderstorms capable of producing rainfall totals in the 2 to 4 inch range are forecast across the watch area. Locally higher amounts of 8+ inches care possible.
