  • WHAT: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

  • WHERE: A portion of southeast Florida, including the following areas, Coastal Broward County, Coastal Miami Dade County, Coastal Palm Beach County, Metro Broward County, Metro Palm Beach County and Metropolitan Miami Dade.

  • WHEN: Through Wednesday evening.

  • IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

  • ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

    • A widespread 1 to 2 inches of rainfall has already fallen across the east coast metro areas through this morning. With additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms anticipated, an additional widespread 1 to 2 inches of rainfall remains possible through Wednesday evening. Localized higher amounts of 3 to 5 inches will be possible where the stronger storms set up or where multiple rounds of heavy downpours occur.
