The Current moderate rainfall over parts of the Ocean Division of the South Region is expected to intensify and extend acrosss the southern part of the country, exposing the Ocean, Sanaga-Maritime, Wouri, Moungo, Fako, Meme, Ndian Divisions to a medium risk of flooding in low-lying and flood-prone areas and landslides along steep and unstable slopes.
Inhabitants are advised to be aware of the risk, avoid drainage channels, river channels, and flood and landslide prone zones, and remain vigilant.
