IMPACTS: High water in retention ponds, ditches, rivers, creeks, and streams, and low-lying areas will continue to subside through the morning.

- At 821 AM CDT, gauge reports along area rivers, creeks, and streams indicate residual high water from repeated rounds of thunderstorms.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Chicago, Aurora, Naperville, Elgin, Cicero, Arlington Heights, Schaumburg, Palatine, Des Plaines, Berwyn, Mount Prospect, Wheaton, Hoffman Estates, Oak Park, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Lombard, Bartlett, Ohare Airport and Streamwood.
