IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Showers and thunderstorms are expected to become more widespread tonight into Thursday, with the heaviest rain falling late tonight into Thursday morning. Rainfall amounts of 3 to 4 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. This will result in an increasing flood threat overnight into Thursday.
