Northwest winds remain breezy this morning with gusts up to 30-45 mph. Light falling snow along with a fresh snow pack from yesterday's snowfall is resulting in reduced visibilities down to a mile or less. Isolated areas, mainly in southwest Minnesota, have reported visibilities down to a half a mile or less. Near whiteout conditions are possible in the lowest visibilities. Those traveling in this area should do so cautiously by reducing speed and increasing your following distance. Conditions will improve through the morning and early afternoon hours as wind gradually weaken.
