IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms have the potential to bring an additional inch of rain to areas that already received 3-5 inches of rain. Runoff from these showers may lead to additional flooding in the area.
