- At 154 PM EDT, the public reported flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Morristown, Sevierville, Newport, Gatlinburg, Dandridge, Pigeon Forge, White Pine, Baneberry, Parrottsville, Pittman Center, Fairgarden, Bird Crossing, Chestnut Hill, Harrisburg, Cosby, Hartford, Bybee, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Elkmont and McMahan.
