At 521 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

- Some locations that will experience flash flooding include, Fort Leonard Wood, Lebanon, Bolivar, Waynesville, Camdenton, Buffalo, Hermitage, St. Robert, Richland, Dixon, Crocker, Humansville, Osceola, Fair Play, Weaubleau, Urbana, Wheatland, Macks Creek, Pittsburg, Polk, Linn Creek, Preston, Cross Timbers, Stoutland, Halfway, Collins, Flemington, Bennett Springs, Roscoe, Louisburg, Vista, Gerster, Leadmine, Plad, Tunas, Branch, Windyville, Pumpkin Center, Eldridge and Roach.
This includes the following low water crossings, Wet Glaize at Carrol Cave Road, Little Niangua at County Road 200, Little Niangua at County Road 66, Mountain Creek at Kinfolk Road, Lindley Creek at Mathis Road, Weaubleau Creek at 350 Road and Dry Auglaize Creek at Freedom Ridge Road.
