Rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches are expected by Saturday afternoon with locally higher amounts of 5+ inches possible. The bulk of the rain is expected to fall late Friday through early Saturday. Rainfall rates may exceed 1"/hour at times.

  • WHERE: Portions of Minnesota, including the following areas, Anoka, Blue Earth, Carver, Dakota, Faribault, Freeborn, Goodhue, Hennepin, Le Sueur, McLeod, Nicollet, Ramsey, Rice, Scott, Sibley, Steele, Waseca, Washington and Wright and west central Wisconsin, including the following areas, Dunn, Pepin, Pierce and St. Croix.
