For the Black River,including Corning, Pocahontas, Black Rock, Minor flooding is forecast.

IMPACTS: At 14.0 feet, Minor flooding begins. Farm ground along east bank begins to flood.

- At 10:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.8 feet.
- Forecast: The river is expected to rise above flood stage Friday morning and continue rising to a crest of 14.5 feet early Sunday morning.
