A las 412 AM AST, el radar Doppler indic tormentas elctricas fuertes, capaces de producir vientos de alrededor de 30 nudos. Estas tormentas elctricas estaban localizadas sobre el Mar Caribe y las Aguas del Atlntico, movindose al norte y noreste de 5 a 15 nudos.

Los navegantes pueden esperar rfagas de vientos de alrededor de 30 nudos, oleaje localmente ms alto, y rayos. Los navegantes deben buscar puerto seguro inmediatamente hasta que esta tormenta pase.
