Police are looking for Thomas Gallardo, 28 years old, White, Male, in connection with the abduction of the child. The suspect was last seen wearing a black sweater, blue jeans, and white shoes. The suspect is believed to be driving a Blue 2007 Chevrolet Silverado bearing Texas license plate L W R 5 3 5 8. The suspect was last seen in El Paso. LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS BELIEVE THE CHILD TO BE IN GRAVE OR IMMEDIATE DANGER.
