Locations include, but are not limited to Craig, Meeker, Rangely, Steamboat Springs, Walden, Granby, Hot Sulphur Springs, Kremmling, Glenwood Springs, Eagle, Vail, Aspen, Leadville, Central City, Georgetown, Fairplay, Cripple Creek, Canon City, Colorado Springs and Pueblo.
