Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, plan outdoor activities during the early morning and late evening hours, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car interiors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.
The National Weather Service in Billings has issued a Red Flag Warning,which is in effect from 9 AM to 9 PM MDT Sunday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
