ประเทศไทยมีฝนลดลง แต่ยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งทางด้านตะวันตกของภาคเหนือ ด้านตะวันตกของภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออก เนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังค่อนข้างแรงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ประกอบกับร่องมรสุมกำลังอ่อนพาดผ่าน ประเทศเมียนมาตอนบน และประเทศลาวตอนบน เข้าสู่พายุดีเปรสชัน “นาร์รา” บริเวณตอนใต้ของมณฑลกว่างตง ประเทศจีน คลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร ส่วนอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง เรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งในระยะนี้ไว้ด้วย
The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf while the weak monsoon trough lies across upper Myanmar and upper Laos into the tropical depression “NARRA” over the South of Guangdong, China. Less rain are forecast in the country while isolated heavy rains are possible in western part of the North, the central regions and the East. The rather strong winds force the waves in the upper Andaman Sea up to be 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. In the upper Gulf, the waves are expected about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In addition, tropical storm “NARRA” over the Gulf of Tonkin is expected to make landfall over the South of Guangxi, China during 25-26 August 2026. This storm will not move to Thailand. The travelers should check the weather conditions before traveling.
People should beware of heavy rains and accumulation. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the upper Andaman Sea keep ashore.
