บริเวณภาคเหนือด้านตะวันตกและตอนล่าง ภาคกลางด้านตะวันตก และภาคตะวันออก ยังคงมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่ง ส่วนภาคอื่นๆ จะมีปริมาณฝนลดลงแต่ยังคงมีฝนตกหนักเกิดขึ้นได้บางพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำได้เคลื่อนลงสู่อ่าวมะตะบันแล้ว ในขณะที่มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังค่อนข้างแรงยังคงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทย สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบน และอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนโดยเฉพาะบริเวณภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออก ระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน น้ำท่วมสะสม น้ำล้นตลิ่ง และน้ำป่าไหลหลาก รวมทั้งดินโคลนถล่ม โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางผ่านเส้นทางที่มีปัญหาน้ำท่วมซ้ำซาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลุ่มต่ำซึ่งอาจเกิดน้ำท่วมขังในระยะสั้นได้ ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ส่วนเรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนและอ่าวไทยตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งจนถึงวันที่ 28 ก.ย. 69
The low-pressure cell has moved into the Gulf of Martaban. Meanwhile the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf. Heavy rain and isolated very heavy rain are likely in the western and lower North, the western Central and the East while less rain is expected over the rest regions but isolated heavy rain remain. The rather strong wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are expected 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers.
People in the North, the Central and the East should beware of heavy to very heavy rain and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands.
