Winds and water levels: For coastal areas from west of Dillingham to the Western Capes (including the communities of Togiak, Goodnews Bay, and Platinum), southerly sustained winds of 25 to 35 mph will persist from this evening through Monday afternoon. This could bring water levels up to 1 foot above the mean high tide line. Winds will be strongest early Monday morning.
