A las 619 AM AST, el radar Doppler indic una tormenta elctrica fuerte, capaz de producir vientos de alrededor de 30 nudos. Esta tormenta elctrica estaba localizada sobre reas principalmente de aguas costeras del este, movindose hacia el norte a 20 nudos.
MEDIDAS DE PRECAUCIN/PREPARACIN,
Los navegantes pueden esperar rfagas de vientos de alrededor de 30 nudos, oleaje localmente ms alto, y rayos. Los navegantes deben buscar puerto seguro inmediatamente hasta que esta tormenta pase.

IMPACTS: Flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Sharp rises along small streams and rivers as well.

- At 618 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
