IMPACTS: At 10.0 feet, The floodplain and some of the walking trails within Spencer city park are flooded. Some rural agricultural areas also begin to flood.

- At 6:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 9.8 feet.
- Forecast: The river will rise to 9.9 feet just after midnight tonight. It will continue rising to flood stage of 10.0 feet by Tuesday morning, and then peak around 10.6 feet Wednesday evening. It will then fall below flood stage Friday morning.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
