ภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และภาคตะวันออกยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง เนื่องจากมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมบริเวณประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังปานกลาง ขอให้ประชาชนบริเวณด้านตะวันออกของภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือและภาคตะวันออกระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย สำหรับคลื่นลมที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามันตอนบนและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่าง มีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง

Isolated heavy rain remains in the North and the upper Northeast and the East.
