AFFECTED AREA: Locations near Buffalo Pass, Chinle, Eagar- Springerville, Forest Lakes, Ganado, Heber-Overgaard, Holbrook, Kayenta, Saint Johns, Shonto, Snowflake-Taylor, Window Rock and Winslow. This includes portions of the Apache- Sitgreaves National Forest, Coconino National Forest and Tonto National Forest.
