DAMAGING WIND GUSTS in excess of 100 km/h have developed in the warning area, including Hobart, and are expected to continue into this evening. DAMAGING NORTHWESTERLY WINDS averaging 65 to 75 km/h are likely over elevated terrain during these times. Winds have begun to ease from the west and will clear the remainder of the state by early Monday morning. Locations which may be affected include St Helens, Swansea, New Norfolk, Hobart, Oatlands, Bicheno, Orford, Bothwell and Geeveston. Severe weather is no longer occurring in the North West Coast district and the warning for this district is CANCELLED. 102 km/h wind gust was recorded at Hobart City at 3:51 pm 104 km/h wind gust was recorded at Hobart Airport at 3:41 pm 100 km/h wind gust was recorded at Tunnack Fire Station at 2:23 pm 128 km/h wind gust was recorded at Kunanyi (Mt Wellington) at 2:07 pm 70 km/h mean winds were recorded at Hobart Airport around 2:00 pm 100 km/h wind gust was recorded at Bushy Park at 1:51 pm 117 km/h wind gust was recorded at Bruny Island at 1:13 pm 137 km/h wind gust was recorded at Scotts Peak Dam at 12:28 pm 85 km/h mean winds were recorded at Low Rocky Point around 11:50 am
