ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่ง ส่วนภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้มีฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคเหนือตอนบนและประเทศลาวตอนบน เข้าสู่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณชายฝั่งประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังแรงขึ้น สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีกำลังแรงขึ้น โดยทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ขอให้ชาวเรือเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ส่วนเรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งไว้ด้วย
The monsoon trough lies across the upper North and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over the coast of upper Vietnam while the moderate southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf is strenthening. Isolated heavy to very heavy rains are forecast in the Northeast while isolated heavy rains are possible in the North, the East and the South regions. The rather strong wind force the waves in the upper Andaman Sea up to be 2–3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf, the wave are expected about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the upper Andaman Sea should keep ashore.
