At 916 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

This includes the following streams and drainages, Clear Creek, Oak Creek, Wiggle Creek, Dead Horse Creek, Elk Creek, Moffet Creek, Beaver Creek, South Branch Timber Creek, Big Slough, Cady Creek, Cedar Creek, Lake Creek, Munson Creek, Dry Creek, Horse Creek, Brown Creek, Mud Creek, Turkey Creek, Cedar River, Auger Creek, Cole Creek, Spring Creek, Cow Creek, Bloody Run Creek, Deer Creek, Rock Creek, Timber Creek, Cob Creek, Spring Branch Creek, Prairie Creek and Cottonwood Creek.

- At 1239 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Scotia, Arcadia, North Loup, Wolbach, Belgrade and Cotesfield.
