Minor flooding continues along the lower White River from Petersburg to Hazleton. Minor flooding also continues on the Wabash River from Montezuma down to Mount Carmel with the crest at Vincennes. Rain amounts with scattered storms this evening are not expected to impact main stem river levels, but locally heavy rainfall in a basin could cause a bump in stage as well as lengthen the amount of time in flood.

IMPACTS: At 17.5 feet, A few sloughs and a drainage have water in them in the vicinity of SR 63 on the west side of the Wabash River.

- At 12:30 PM CDT /1:30 PM EDT/ Wednesday the stage was 17.5 feet.
- Recent Activity: The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 12:30 PM CDT /1:30 PM EDT/ Wednesday was 19.8 feet.
- Forecast: The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.5 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight.
- Flood stage is 16.5 feet.

At 558 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles west of Clinton, or 9 miles northeast of Paris, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD,Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.

IMPACT,Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include, Terre Haute, Clinton, Fairview Park, Seelyville, Rosedale, Universal, Mecca, Fontanet, Blanford, Shepardsville, Bridgeton, North Terre Haute, Indiana State University, and Sandford.
This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 11 and 16.
