IMPACTS: At 18.0 feet, MINOR FLOOD. Elm St between 14th and 15th Ave N is closed (Fargo). Storm sewer pump stations are beginning to operate (Fargo).

- At 9:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 16.4 feet.
- Forecast: The river is expected to rise above flood stage Friday morning to a crest of 18.5 feet Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Sunday evening.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
