ADDITIONAL DETAILS: As of 10 PM Tuesday July 21, wind gusts up to 58 mph have been observed so far in Delta Junction with visibility at 1/4 mile or less due to blowing dust. Expect strong winds to continue overnight ahead of a band of rain moving in tomorrow which will lessen winds in Delta, but keep winds elevated south of Delta over Isabel Pass.
