IMPACTS: Historic flooding is occurring following recent heavy rainfall and snowmelt. Roads and structures near lakes and rivers will continue to see high water levels.

- At 326 AM EDT, flooding continues across the warned area, which encompasses a large portion of Emmet and Cheboygan counties.
- Next best chance for rainfall will come Friday into Saturday. An additional half-inch of rainfall is likely by Saturday morning across the warned area.
