IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Very heavy rainfall from thunderstorms occurred over much of the state on Sunday and has made the ground extremely wet. Additional thunderstorms with heavy rain are expected Monday afternoon and evening. Not much of that rainfall will soak into the ground, and may result in flash flooding.
