- Repeated rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected today through early Tuesday. With abundant moisture in place, showers and thunderstorms will be capable of producing very heavy downpours. This may lead to flash flooding, especially within urban and poor drainage areas. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected, with localized total rainfall amounts in excess of three inches possible.
