At 914 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Marco Island to 22 nm west of R Tower, moving south at 10 knots.
HAZARD,Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT,Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
- Locations impacted include, Cape Romano Aquatic Preserve, R Tower, Cape Romano, Naples, Vanderbilt Beach, Marco Island, and Bonita Shores.
