IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- A stalled front over eastern North Carolina will linger through tomorrow morning. Rounds of heavy rainfall with some embedded thunderstorms could bring additional rain totals of 3 to 5 inches. Heavier amounts will be possible where thunderstorms develop.
