We have come up with a competition for you! The goal is to find the most extreme weather conditions in a given period of time. Every registered user can participate. Your task for this week (from Monday February 22nd, 2021, to Friday, February 26th, 2021) is to find the most extreme deviation from the climate norm as presented on our climate comparison page.
The three winners get one year's subscription of point+ for free!
The terms and conditions of the meteoblue Extreme Weather Contest are the following:
Over the duration of the week, our users can search on our website for the extreme values in the climate comparison. With screenshots of the found place and time, the participants document the extreme weather event. Only the formats .jpg and .png will be considered. At the end of the week, the participants submit the extreme weather conditions they found in the form of a screenshot via the contact form, where they are asked to fill out the following details:
- Name as registered in the meteoblue user database
- Email as registered in the meteoblue user database
- In the YOUR MESSAGE field, please write the title "meteoblue EXTREME WEATHER CONTEST" and
- Attach the record they intend to submit in the form of .jpeg or .png
- Press SUBMIT
Only one screenshot can be submitted per participant!
The results of the competition will be evaluated and published early next week on meteoblue home page in the web news section, and via the meteoblue social media accounts - facebook, twitter and instagram.
