บริเวณภาคเหนือ และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน ยังคงมีฝนตกหนักมากบางแห่ง ส่วนบริเวณ ภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออกมีฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ สำหรับภาคใต้มีฝนน้อย เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านประเทศเมียนมา ประเทศลาว และเวียดนามตอนบน เข้าสู่พายุดีเปรสชัน “ไมสัก” (MAYSAK) ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังปานกลาง สำหรับคลื่นลมที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามันตอนบนและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่าง มีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
The monsoon through lies across Myanmar, upper Laos and upper Vietnam into tropical depression “MAYSAK” while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. The moderate wind force the waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf up to about 2 meters high, in the lower Andaman Sea, the waves are expected 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People in the country should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
