ประเทศไทยมีฝนตกต่อเนื่องและมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยมีฝนตกหนักมากบางพื้นที่บริเวณภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ด้านตะวันตกของภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลางตอนบน และภาคตะวันออก ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมกำลังค่อนข้างแรงพาดผ่านภาคเหนือและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังค่อนข้างแรงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยตอนบน ในขณะที่มีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมบริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร อ่าวไทยตอนล่างมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองและห่างฝั่งคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ส่วนเรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งในระยะนี้ไว้ด้วย
