ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Today, the area has received some appreciable sunshine, & therefore, frequent wind gusts have, once again, increased up to between 50 & 55 mph around the Texas Condo area due to enhancement from the aforementioned diurnal heating. The wind gusts will diminish below advisory criteria during the late evening hours.
