The Current moderate rainfall over parts of the Boumba and Ngoko Division of the East Region is expected to intensify and extend over the entire southern part of the country, exposing these areas to a low risk of flooding in low-lying and flood-prone areas and landslides along steep and unstable slopes.
Inhabitants are advised to be aware of the risk, avoid drainage channels, river channels, and flood and landslide prone zones, and remain vigilant.
