- Widespread rainfall totals in the watch area will likely be between 3 and 6 inches. However, reasonable high-end rainfall totals in localized spots of 8 to 10 inches are possible.
The heaviest rainfall for coastal parts of the Florida Panhandle will likely fall Saturday into Sunday. In the coastal and eastern Florida Big Bend, most of the rain will likely fall Sunday into Monday, though some isolated pockets of heavy rain are possible Saturday as well.
These areas have seen about 3 to 6 inches of rain over the last couple days, and the ground is starting to become saturated, which may lead to an increased chance for flash flooding.
