WHERE: Portions of south central Indiana, including the following county, Perry and central Kentucky, including the following counties, Breckinridge, Bullitt, Hancock, Hardin, Larue, Marion, Meade, Mercer, Nelson, Ohio and Washington.

WHEN: Until 445 AM CDT /545 AM EDT/.

IMPACTS: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 226 AM CDT /326 AM EDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.3 to 0.8 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Elizabethtown, Bardstown, Tell City, Lebanon, Springfield, Hardinsburg, Hawesville, Radcliff, Webster and Vine Grove.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
