IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

- An area of thunderstorms is forecast tonight over the watch area and will be capable of heavy rain. Several waves of storms may move over the same location. Rainfall across the watch area of 1-3 inches is expected with localized amounts of 2-4 inches possible.
