  • WHERE: San Diego County Coastal Areas.

  • WHEN: Until 8 PM PDT Friday.

  • IMPACTS: Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses.

Instructies:

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car interiors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.

  • IMPACTS: Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. Flooding of low lying beach parking lots, boardwalks, and roads.

  • ADDITIONAL DETAILS: High tides peak around 6.2 to 6.5 feet from 8-10 PM PDT this evening and Thursday evening.
