IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Anywhere from 2 to 5 inches of rain has already fallen through the higher terrain, particularly the Mission and Swan Ranges. Prolonged moderate to heavy rain through tonight may bring an additional 2 to 4 inches in already saturated area.
