Maximum temperatures in the high twenties to around thirty will peak on Thursday and Friday. Overnight minimum temperatures in the low to mid teens. Severe heatwave conditions have lowered below warning thresholds about the South East, and are expected to ease more broadly over the weekend. Locations likely to be impacted include St Helens.
