- Storm total rainfall of 0.5 to 1.5 inches, locally 2 inches or more, is possible through through early Friday. Heavier rain this afternoon and evening may briefly exceed 0.5 inch per hour. Runoff may linger overnight.
- Vulnerable locations include remote ranches within and near the Biscar and S1-Vya burn scars, downstream drainages, and culverts along US-395 from Stoney Creek Road north to Rye Patch Road.
