Snowfall will be widespread, though heavy snow showers embedded in the system may bring widely varying snow totals across short distances. Winds will be gusty Saturday night with gusts up to 40 mph in the high terrain around Fairbanks, and up to 30 mph in Fairbanks. Wind gusts as high as 50 mph are possible over Eagle Summit. An additional snow event is likely Tuesday night and Wednesday across the Interior.
