WIND: West winds 10 to 15 mph. Wind gusts 20 to 25 mph, occasionally up to 30 mph.

HUMIDITY: Relative humidity as low as 20 to 30 percent.

HIGHEST THREAT: Northeast lower Michigan just away from the Lake Huron coast.
