Excessive rainfall of over 8 inches has been reported at some locations mainly in the Central and Northern parts of the Country. An additional 4 to 6 inches with locally higher amounts is likely during the next 24 to 48 hours.
Flooding has been reported in some areas. Residents in flood prone areas should monitor the weather situation and be prepared to move to higher grounds, if necessary. Please contact the Hydrology Unit or NEMO for further details on flooding.
